Grapevine Lake Water Rights
2010-2012

Though the lake has been in existnce since 1952, Grapevine hasn't always had access to the water that it contained. William D. Tate worked on behalf of the citizens to claim our fair share of the body of water that fills our land. Without this vision, Grapevine would be stuck buying water from other regions and beholden to whatever changes and regulations would have been put on it.
